Q: DOES CHAFU HAS A PHYSICAL STORE?
A: No, CHAFU is an online store. We do not have a physical store, however we do have authorized partners that selling our products offline.
Q: DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
A: No, you can place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
A: If something is missing, please contact us immediately via Whatsapp or Email.
Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
A: Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4PM will be processed within same day. Please anticipate potential delays on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Typically, shipping within Malaysia takes approximately 2-5 working days. However, please note that the delivery time may be influenced by the current shipment volume of our courier partner.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Currently we only provide international shipping to Singapore. Only for orders made through Whatsapp and Payment via PayNow / PayLah.
Q: IS CHAFU PRODUCTS CONSIDER MEDICINE?
A: No, CHAFU products are under Malaysia NPCB General Claim that promote health well being, but not serve to treat or prevent aliments.
Q: HOW TO KNOW IF I AM NOT SUITABLE TO CONSUME CHAFU PRODUCTS?
